David Sloan

David is UX Research Lead with The Paciello Group (TPG), a specialist digital accessibility agency. His main focus is on designing and running user research projects with people with disabilities and older people to inform the inclusive design process of digital products. His work also involves helping organisations improve their digital accessibility and strategy and practice, and he has a particular interest in education and accessibility, as co-chair of the W3C Accessible Online Learning Community Group.

Before joining TPG, he spent over 13 years as an accessibility researcher, teacher and consultant at the University of Dundee, Scotland; and before that, he was a digital cartographer, working on the team that produced the first fully digital Times Atlas of the World.
